Printing Problem from Crystalreportviewer

I got this problem almost 2 month but still can't solve yet. anybody out there have the solution please email me...really2 need ur help.

Case
I'm using asp.net framework 2.0 in vb environment. so for report i'm using the crystalreportviewer to display. then they have their own component to print/export etc...but the button didn't work. when i try on IE, i got "DONE" msg but nothing happen and the report doesn't send to the printer.

another one is, the report loading is very slow...do you have any other way to make it faster to display?

Error when click Rule And Alert on Outlook 2003

I got this error when click Rule And Alert on MS Outlook 2003

"operation failed. an object could not be found"

Setelah puas mencari solution, bt searching sume, tanye org bagai, repair, reinstall. tp masih x berjaya.
disebabkan xnak tuka version 2007, meneruskan jgk usaha selama beberapa hari. akhirnya dpt jgk solution..so aku nk tepek sini sbg personal reference. kot2 nnti kena lagik. dan hope this help to other people outthere.

the solution is

try to run outlook using command line and add /cleanrules

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe "/cleanrules

How To Format Date in ASP.Net

Actually i hv a problem how to format date in asp.net using VB. i've tried so many solution but all failed. but when i run on local, job done successfully...there's only on server when i publish n run the pages, error will appear on screen...

I got this error "cannot convert string to datetime"

But i am very happy right now coz already hv the solution after tried hundreds times ok...so i want to share here how to format date from string(text) to datetime. because when googles, found so many people out there got same problem.

Solution:-

Salam...disebabkan ade beberapa org yg tanye camne nk tuka background blog...so aku bt entry la psl ni ek...harap2 dpt membantu. tp ni style aku la...kene ubah code skit...

Saje la nk cite...sape2 rs minat programming ni, kalau nk apply kt tmpt aku keje ni bole la bagi resume ek...tapi post contract.tp bole convert ke permanent kalau bagus...spec yg paling penting kene tau bt .Net language...dan yg lg penting kene minat programming...

Ari ni ade sorg staff yg resign walaupun baru 3 hari bekerja...alasan dia kerana rs x mampu nk buat coding sume tu...lg dh x minat dh programming...
